Our website service permits you to purchase our Products from this Site. These purchases can be made and are permitted strictly pursuant to the Terms and Conditons set out below:
Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation to notify you of the fact we have received and accepted your order. The Order Confirmation email will be accompanied by an invoice.
If you notice an error in the Order Confirmation you must notify us by telephone (07830643001) atleast two days before the order is due to be collected or delivered.
If you wish to add to or change your order, or change the date or time of delivery or collection of your order, then we will accommodate you, provided that you telephone us or email at firstname.lastname@example.org atleast two days before your order is due to be collected or delivered.
Your purchase order cannot be accepted until payment in full for the Products ordered has been received by us at which time a legally binding agreement on the terms set out herein will become effective.
We use our reasonable endeavours to make sure that every product on newwaysproducts.com is shown accurately and that prices are correct. However, occasionally there may be small variations in colour, typefaces and layout. There won’t be any changes in the flavours as provided in the website. New Ways Products disclaims all representations and warranties that the content or information on this Website is accurate, complete, up to date or does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Please double-check your order on screen and your acknowledgement email carefully to check that all the details are correct. We do not refund items where the personalisation has been mis-spelt due to an error made by you so please ensure these details are correct at time of purchase.
All our ingredients are of the highest quality.
All fruit cakes used contain nuts, or traces of nuts or nut oil.
Sponge, flavoured and chocolate cakes, are made to be eaten on the day of the celebration. The cakes are made in premises in which nuts are used, every effort is taken to keep ingredients separate however cakes may contain traces of nuts or nut oil.
PRICE & PAYMENT
The price to be paid by you for any Products will be as quoted on our Site except in cases of obvious error. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an invoice, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as an incorrect pricing.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an invoice.
Our Site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our Site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our order confirmation procedures, so that where a Product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when invoicing you. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our Site, or we are no longer able to supply a particular Product for some reason, we will contact you by email to advise you and/or to obtain your confirmation that the amended price is acceptable.
Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card and those accepted by us are those listed on our website on the date when your order is placed. We will send you an invoice upon receipt of payment.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or for any reason does not, authorize payment to us, whether in advance of or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the Products ordered.
AVAILABILITY, DELIVERY & COLLECTION
The Products ordered by you can only be delivered to the delivery address provided by you to us, or collected by you from one of our shops designated by you, within a given time slot.
If for any reason you find yourself unable to collect your order from the designated shop within the given time slot, we will retain your ordered Products for collection by you for 24 hours, or upon payment of the delivery charge by cash/ debit or credit card we may be able to arrange to deliver to you within our delivery time slot and delivery zone during the next 24 hours (subject to delivery availability).The product should be picked within 24 hours of the Delivery Date and Time mentioned by the customer. If in case it is not picked by the customer (sender or receiver) then the order placed shall be cancelled and the customer won’t be entertained with any refund.
We know just how important it is that your products arrive on time for that special occasion. During the order process, New Ways Products will notify you of the dispatch dates available. As we use a non-tracked delivery service there is no way for us to trace your order once sent.
CHOICE OF DELIVERY SCHEDULE
11 AM – 7 PM:
In the event that there is no recipient at the delivery destination to receive the cake, the cake will be returned back to our outlet. No requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of our products. Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be made. Products must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no queries are raised immediately upon delivery.
RISK & TITLE
The Products will be at your risk from the time you collect the Products from our shop or we deliver them to you.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due for them, including delivery charges.
OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
We have the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time, for example, to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities.
You will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions in force at the time that you order Products from us, unless any change to those policies or these Terms and Conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these Terms and Conditions before we send you the invoice (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the Terms and Conditions).
DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES WILL DIFFER DEPENDING ON WHICH PRODUCTS YOU ORDER
REPORTING A PROBLEM
If for any reason you are not happy with your New Ways Product’s order, please contact us via our email address: email@example.com or use our Contact Form. You will need to quote your order number, your email address and the details of the problem with the order.
We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 4 working days, (usually it takes 1-2 days) and will do our best to resolve it as soon as possible. We may ask you to take a photograph of the product to help us communicate with our suppliers and correct any future problems. Should it be necessary, we will then advise you how to return your item.
RETURNING PRODUCTS AND ISSUING REFUNDS
Where an item is faulty, we will ask you to return it to us within two days of receipt. You can contact our Customer Service Team for a returns address. Your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the price you have paid for the product(s) onto the credit or debit card that you paid with. Alternatively, we may offer to reprint (if applicable) and resend the item free of charge. Please note it is not our policy to offer both a refund and a resend.
Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse or if personalisation is mis-spelt or if you have uploaded an image of a low resolution or size.

Where a phone number is requested, we may use this to contact you to ensure that you are happy with the service you received.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF DATE
As all our cakes and pastry are specially prepared for your order, our bakers take great effort to prepare the ingredients and artwork. As such, we do not encourage any last minute cancellation.
